1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, registering as a talent, or submitting a project requirement as a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally.

2. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Star Cast House / Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC.
• “Client” refers to any individual, agency, or entity seeking to hire or book talents through Star Cast House.
• “Talent” refers to any individual applying or registered to be promoted or represented, including but not limited to models, DJs, musicians, actors, emcees, performers, influencers, brand ambassadors, hostesses, presenters, and voiceover artists.

3. Eligibility

• Talents must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the UAE or country of assignment.
• Clients must be authorized to engage and contract services on behalf of their company or production.

4. Talent Registration & Representation

• Submission of an application form does not guarantee approval or listing. All applications are subject to review and selection.
• By submitting your profile, you grant us permission to store, display, and promote your photos, videos, and bio content across our platforms and to potential clients.
• We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove any talent profile at our discretion.

5. Client Booking Terms

• All booking requests must be confirmed via written agreement or invoice acceptance.
• Clients must provide accurate project details including event/shoot dates, location, talent requirements, duration, and any special instructions.
• A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. The balance is due before the assignment begins.
• Last-minute cancellations or any cancellations are chargeable up to 100% of the agreed amount and no refund is issued.

6. Talent Conduct & Responsibilities

• Talents are expected to be punctual, professional, and follow all project briefings and behavior guidelines.
• Any breach of agreement, misconduct, or no-shows may result in suspension or legal action.
• Star Cast House is not responsible for any personal belongings, transportation issues, or third-party conflicts during assignments.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all talents.
• Clients are prohibited from directly hiring talents without prior written consent from Star Cast House for a period of 12 months from the last booking.
• Any misuse of talent data, profiles, or unauthorized photography is strictly prohibited.

8. Media Rights

• Star Cast House reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or behind-the-scenes content (if shared with us or captured with permission) for marketing, promotion, or portfolio use.
• Clients and Talents must seek consent for any exclusive or NDA-based content, which should be discussed in advance.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All payments made to Star Cast House are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Invoices unpaid after the due date may be subject to penalties or legal collection action.
• Talents are paid only after client payment has been fully received and verified.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Star Cast House acts as an intermediary between talents and clients. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, or claims arising during third-party engagements.
• We are also not responsible for any downtime, website errors, or data loss due to technical reasons.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate access or services to any user, talent, or client without notice if any terms are violated.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data submitted is protected as per our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection laws.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.

14. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
