1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Star Cast House (whether through our website, social media, email, or offline channels), registering as a Talent, or submitting a booking request as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable legal frameworks as per UAE and international standards.

2. Definitions

• Company: Refers to Star Cast House, owned and operated by Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC, UAE.

• Talent: Any individual applying or registered to be promoted or represented, including but not limited to models, actors, DJs, musicians, dancers, emcees, performers, hosts, influencers, voice artists, athletes, etc.

• Client: Any individual, company, agency, or entity seeking to book or hire talents or services from the Company.

• Assignment: Any job, project, shoot, event, appearance, campaign, or task undertaken by the Talent via the Company.

3. Talent Registration & Representation

• Registration does not guarantee acceptance or representation. All applications are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the Company.

• By submitting your application, you grant the Company rights to store, showcase, and distribute your profile, photos, videos, and other provided materials for marketing or promotional purposes.

• The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any profile at any time without prior notice.

• Any false information provided may lead to immediate termination of representation and potential legal action.

4. Client Booking Terms

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, invoice acceptance, or a signed contract.

• Clients are required to provide complete job details including:

  • Date, time, and location of assignment

  • Type of shoot or event

  • Duration and expected deliverables

  • Talent specifications

  • Wardrobe, grooming, or travel requirements

• A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any booking. Remaining payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the assignment.

• Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows by the client are chargeable at 100% of the agreed amount.

• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Talent Responsibilities & Conduct

• Talents must maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and strictly follow the brief and client instructions.

• Misconduct, no-shows, substance use, or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination and legal consequences.

• Talents must not engage in any form of direct booking, negotiation, or personal deal with the client without written consent from the Company.

• All photoshoots, video sessions, and performances must be pre-approved by the Company.

• The Company is not responsible for:

  • Transportation or travel arrangements (unless agreed)

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injuries, accidents, or third-party disputes during an assignment

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure a safe, legal, and respectful work environment for all talents, including appropriate facilities, privacy, and consent-based operations.

• Clients are strictly prohibited from directly contacting or hiring talents represented by the Company without written consent, for a minimum period of 12 months after the last booking.

• Any unauthorized use, sharing, or misuse of talent data, media, or identity is prohibited and subject to legal action.

• Any inappropriate or unprofessional conduct by the client may result in booking cancellation and blacklisting.

7. Photoshoot & Video Shoot Add-ons

Clients and Talents may choose from a range of professional shoot options. These are treated as add-on packages and billed separately. Options include but are not limited to:

• Studio Photoshoot

• Outdoor Shoot (Desert, Beach, City, Parks, Marina, etc.)

• Luxury Hotel Shoot

• Resort & Pool Shoot

• Mall Shoot

• Nightlife Shoot

• Rooftop/High-rise Shoot

• Yacht Shoot

• Themed or Artistic Shoot

• Lingerie/Boudoir Shoot (with prior NDA & talent approval)

• Fashion & Commercial Shoot

• Headshots & Portfolio Update

• Reels & Short-form Video Shoot

• Behind-the-scenes (BTS) Video Creation
  All shoots are subject to scheduling, permits, and availability. Additional charges may apply for transport, permits, makeup/styling, or gear rentals.

8. Media Usage & Rights

• The Company reserves the right to use any media (photos, videos, BTS) captured during assignments or submitted by talents for:

  • Social media & portfolio promotions

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Website and client presentations

• Talents and clients must inform in writing if certain media should be kept confidential or protected by NDA.

• Any third-party media sharing (especially sensitive or commercial content) requires mutual consent.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed under Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC.

• Payments are non-refundable, unless a written exception is granted.

• Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur penalties or collection actions.

• Talents will be paid only after full client payment is received and verified.

• Prices for services, add-ons, and custom packages are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

• Clients and talents agree not to disclose confidential information, trade practices, pricing structures, or booking arrangements without consent.

• Talents are restricted from sharing behind-the-scenes, scripts, or campaign information unless authorized.

• Clients must not approach or hire any talent independently without Company involvement for at least 12 months from the last interaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Star Cast House acts as a facilitator between talent and client and is not responsible for:

  • Disputes arising from personal disagreements or non-performance

  • Physical injuries, travel incidents, property damage, or venue-related issues

  • Content misrepresentation or unauthorized client use of talent’s media

• The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or technical errors due to force majeure, server issues, or government regulations.

12. Indemnification

Clients and talents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Cast House / Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC, its management, staff, and affiliates from any loss, damage, liability, or legal costs arising from:

• Breach of contract

• Misconduct or illegal behavior

• False information submission

• Misuse of platform or services

13. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to terminate services, accounts, or listings at its sole discretion for:

• Violation of any terms herein

• Suspicious, unethical, or harmful behavior

• Fraudulent activity or reputation risk
  Requests for voluntary termination by talents or clients must be made in writing.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

• All data submitted is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws and our internal Privacy Policy.

• Data will not be sold or distributed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UAE.
